A school visit to Drayton Manor is more than just a fun day out. It is a giant physics experiment, a unique business case study, an impressive IT lab and many other areas including the zoo which can be used as tools to educate outside the classroom. We offer a range of interactive educational sessions designed in accordance to the National Curriculum. The sessions cater for all ages and can be tailored to a specific topic of your choice.
Bringing education to life is a challenge that teachers face on a daily basis. To help we have put together a program of activities and talks.
Please see our Primary Education and Secondary Education pages for more details. We also offer a number of programs for Nursery Education so please contact our Education Officer for more information.
We have written sessions that cover a wide range of subjects but it is not exhaustive, if you are looking for something different to what we currently offer, please give our Education Officer a call and discuss the possibility of a bespoke Education session.
It is understandable that sometimes a trip out to see us is not feasible, so most of our talks are available as an outreach session where our Education Officer will come to your school/college and deliver the talk on site. Please contact our educational officer to discuss the possibility of this.
With every school group booked we offer the opportunity for teachers to come and plan their day.
