HFL Education share details of an impressive online CPD opportunity that will help you build foundations for future success and maximise every child’s potential by offering an inspiring, broad and ambitious curriculum…
The 2023 HFL Education National Early Years Conference, entitled ‘Foundations for Future Success’, will take place online on Thursday 9th March 2023.
Providing the richest possible curriculum, one that offers activities and experiences to meet the needs of all learners, will deliver benefits not just at the end of EYFS but also beyond.
At a time when educators are teaching a generation that have been born during a pandemic, with greater experiential deficit than generations before them, it is critically important.
Having secure subject knowledge affords educators the confidence to provide rich, well-attuned and memorable first-hand experiences for young children that will invite learning across the curriculum.
At ‘Foundations for Future Success’, we will bring together some of the country’s leading early years specialists, who will share their expertise to help delegates:
● deepen their subject knowledge in supporting teaching and learning across the EYFS
● understand the benefits of learning through interconnected experiences
● explore ways to support children make sense of the world around them, build relationships with others, and develop life skills to equip them for future success in our ever-changing world.
The conference will feature two keynote speakers:
Liz Pemberton, award-winning early years anti-racist trainer and consultant and founder of The Black Nursery Manager.
Ruth Swailes, director of Assure Education, consultant, trainer and school improvement advisor, early years for a number of MATS, teaching schools alliances, academies and LA schools throughout the UK.
