Tapestry is a secure, online, fully-featured learning journal system used in over 17,000 schools and settings. From Nursery to Year 6, staff can upload observations, assessments and reflections on teaching and learning, and share with parents, carers, and other professionals as required. Tracking is getting a bit of a bad reputation at the moment and Tapestry is primarily about communication between schools and families, rather than tracking progress (although we do offer that, too.)
